Self-service junk drop-off in Austin and Manor
Duke's drop-off yards exist for people who already have the junk loaded and just need somewhere close, legal, and reasonably priced to unload. There is no membership, no commercial account, no appointment, and no minimum tonnage. Drive in during open hours, get pointed to a spot, unload, pay by the load, and go.
Two locations cover most of the metro: 6546 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78757 for north and central Austin, and 20301 Hog Eye Rd, Manor, TX 78653 for east Austin, Manor, Elgin, Del Valle, Pflugerville, and the SH-130 corridor.
How the drop-off process works
Pull in and stop at the gate. Someone will look at your load, tell you the flat price, and direct you where to back in. You unload — we do not charge by the minute, so take the time you need. Pay by cash or card on the way out.
Most drop-offs take under fifteen minutes start to finish. Compared with a scale line at a transfer station, that is usually the difference between a quick errand and half a Saturday.
What you can unload
Furniture, mattresses and box springs, appliances, electronics, household junk, boxes, garage clutter, office furniture, remodel and construction debris, fencing, lumber, drywall, flooring, brush, limbs, and bagged yard waste.
Heavy material — concrete, brick, tile, dirt, roofing shingles — is accepted with weight limits and priced separately. Text a photo to (512) 520-7495 before you load if you are unsure.
What we cannot accept at the gate
Hazardous waste, wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, solvents, pesticides, chemicals, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, and pressurized or propane tanks. Please do not bring these — they cannot be sorted out safely once they are in a pile.
Austin Resource Recovery operates a household hazardous waste drop-off for residents. Everything else is welcome.
Hours, including Saturday
Monday through Friday 9:30a–4:00p and Saturday 10a–3p. Sunday is closed. The Saturday window is intentional — most cleanouts, moves, and remodel push-throughs happen on weekends, and very few "dumpsite near me" options in Austin are genuinely open then.
Arrive at least twenty minutes before closing so there is time to unload without rushing.

Prefer not to haul it? We will come get it
Drop-off is the cheapest option, but it requires a truck or trailer and some lifting. If that is not realistic, book full-service pickup instead — our crew carries everything out, loads it, and sweeps the space. Same-day is often available.
Call or text (512) 520-7495 with a photo and your ZIP code, or review the price menu first to see where your load lands.
